TEMS offers a season of six early music concerts from September
to the following April or May each year. 

Just a reminder:
the last concert of the current season had to be postponed from 20th April due to the non-availabilty of two of the four players and will now take place on Friday 7th June.

Details of the concerts for the new season starting in September 2013 (actually this year at the end of August) can be seen on the Programme page from early June.

Great Discounts for Members

TEMS Membership is £45 for individuals and £85 for couples and families, saving approximately one third on ticket prices. All concerts are open to non members: tickets are available on the door only, priced at £10 or £12 (students and young people £5).

And what is Early Music?

Any music from mediaeval times up to late baroque (about 1750), from music of the streets to that of the courts, from intimate ballads to rousing dance music, sacred or secular, instrumental or sung, crossing national boundaries and usually for small ensembles.
